Platinum Sponsorship:

• As event exclusively sponsored by them, so no other vendors to compete for attention
• When Invitation to event email goes out to almost 1000 individuals it will say OAUGNYC and "Acme Consulting" presents..
• Running Slide show during the event with their logo on every slide.
• Thanking for participation email to OAUGNYC membership of 380 with their logo and link.
• Thanks for sponsoring the event with logo and link on OAUGNYC website main page stays for 2 months.

Gold Sponsorship:

• Prime speaker spot, before lunch (55 minutes with 10 Minutes for Q&A)
• 1 booth. (table goes to Silver sponsor)
• When Invitation to event email goes out to almost 1000 individuals it will say Lunch sponsored by "Acme Consulting".
• Running Slide show during the event with have their logo on "Lunch" sponsorship slide.
• Thanking for participation email to OAUGNYC membership of 380 with their link on Lunch line.

Silver Sponsorship:

• 1st presentation of the day (45 minutes with 10 Minutes for Q&A)
• 1 table (booth goes to Gold sponsor)
• When Invitation to event email goes out to almost 1000 individuals it will say Breakfast sponsored by "Acme Consulting".
• Running Slide show during the event with have their logo on Breakfast sponsorship slide.
• Thanking for participation email to OAUGNYC membership of 380 with their link on Breakfast line.

  Notes:

  No matter what level of sponsorship, vendor will have to present with existing customer.

  Vendor will be responsible for generating their own leads.

  Check will be made out to "OAUG" with "OAUGNYC mm/dd/yyyy event sponsorship" on Memo line and received by OAUG at least two weeks in advance.
